 Having experience in market strategy and negotiation is important in buying and selling a home in Los Angeles.  Knowing the nuances of LA's communities is key to my knowledge of how to market properties and of how to help buyers in finding the right neighborhood that matches with their needs and desires.
 
The difference in Los Angeles neighborhoods can range from the long established and well known communities of Westwood, Beverly Hills, Bel Air and the Hollywood Hills to areas within well known communities that offer specific amenities or features.  These include gated luxury estates, view properties and proximity to amenities such as golf, entertainment and shopping areas.  On the other end of the spectrum are lesser known neighborhoods in the process of gentrification where often it is historic and architectural homes that are drawing new buyers to these areas.
 
There are over fourteen historical preservation zones in Los Angeles where historical preservation is enhanced with property tax incentives for the property owners.  There are the first new construction developments in years blending residential and mixed use buildings located near city parks.  Beach communities have seen the fairly recent trend of new high end architectural live-work lofts being built amongst 100 plus year old bungalows creating an eclectic community that adds to LA's architectural diversity.  Finding some of these lesser known and sometimes what seems like hidden pockets is why it is important to allow me to guide you through the greater Los Angeles area to fid you the right home in the right neighborhood.
